Course Justification
This is a stand-alone course. This course is also CSU transferable. Students need the opportunity to explore concepts in a depth not met in the traditional classroom. This course permits more in-depth study of mathematical concepts than is covered in other courses or permits in-depth study of mathematical concepts that are not covered in °®¶¹´«Ã½ College's other courses but that relate to students' fields of study. This special projects class focuses on topics in pure mathematics.
