Course Justification
This course is in a CTE program. It was developed in response to an Advisory Board recommendation to have in the program a course where students will have an opportunity to meet with paralegals actually working in various public and private venues. This course belongs on the certificate and A.A. degree programs in Paralegal Studies. This course is also CSU transferable.

Methods of Evaluation
- Student reports will be evaluated by taking into consideration the reports ability to demonstrate the students understanding of each agency visited and how paralegals are used. Proper spelling and grammar usage will be expected and evaluated along with content.
- Questions will be evaluated on the pertinence of the questions to site being visited.
