CAPM and PMP Exam Preparation
Course Description
Prepares the student for attempting the Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) examination provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Topics include management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement.

- Complete a CAPM or PMP application.
- Demonstrate ability to create a response to a scenario typical of those encountered on CAPM and PMP exams.
