    Welcome and Approval of the Agenda not Minutes.

    Erik motioned, Mary D seconded to approve the agenda. (The 11/29/2021 minutes and the 1/3/2022 special meeting minutes will be approved in the January 10 meeting.) No objection. Unanimous consent.

    Vote to invoke

    Mary D. motioned that the Senate invoke AB361 and continue to meet online as meeting in person would present a threat to the health and safety of the participants. Robert Alexander seconded.

    Yes 17; passed unanimously. The Senate will continue its meeting via zoom.
