General Information

Why are you seeking an exception?

I would like to ADD or DROP a class after the add/drop period with no record.

I would like to change my grade or remove my grade or a "W" from my record.

I have a time conflict and would like to change my registration.

I would like to request an Excused Withdrawal (EW grade).

My request involves an academic or registration policy – such as retaking a class after a significant time has elapsed, or a reclassification of residency status – that is not listed above.

If you need assistance with this form, please contact the Admissions and Records Office to discuss your request.

Petitions for Exceptions can be made in one of the following categories:

Academic Policies – this could include requests to
- Take a class after your third attempt
- Replace a substandard grade at ��ý after taking an equivalent class at another college
- Repeat a class that you passed, due to a significant lapse of time
Registration Policies – this could include requests to
- Appeal a decision on residency reclassification
- Other exception not listed here
