Basic Campus Fees

  • Student Body Fee: $10 per quarter
  • Campus Center Fee: $17.50 per quarter
  • Health Services Fee: $20 per quarter (beginning summer 2024)
  • Registration Support Fee: $1.50 per quarter
  • Student Representation Fee: $2 per quarter in fall, winter and spring; no fee during summer session.
  • SmartPass (formerly Eco Pass) Fee:
    • $5.75 Part-time students taking 0.5 to 5.5 units
    • $6.75 Part-time students taking 6 to 11.5 units
    • $7.75 Full-time students taking 12 or more units

View Account Balance

  1. Login to using 8-digit Campuswide ID and password
  2. Click the main menu icon (three horizontal lines) to the left of the °®¶¹´«Ã½ College logo
  3. Click Students and locate the card for Student eBill
  4. Select Academic Period and View Statement

How to Request a Refund

There will be no grade recorded if you drop before the deadline. You may also be eligible for a refund, pending a refund request is submitted from MyPortal. The deadlines to drop a class are listed on the academic calendar

Use your web browser to go to .

  • Log in to your MyPortal account
  • Open the Apps section
  • Click Bill Payment app
  • Click Refund Request button

Be sure to double-check the permanent address before submitting. You should then see a confirmation message. The college will mail a check to the confirmed US permanent address if a credit card refund is not possible.

  1. Login to using 8-digit Campuswide ID and password
  2. Click the main menu icon (three horizontal lines) to the left of the °®¶¹´«Ã½ College logo
  3. Click Quick Access to expand the menu
  4. Click Student Bill Payment and Pay Now

Pay by U.S. Postal Mail

  1. Write your 8-digit Campuswide student ID on the memo line of the personal check
  2. Make check payable to: °®¶¹´«Ã½ College
