Business instructor Rowland Chen will lead a talk entitled "To Pivot or Not to Pivot" in this installment of the spring speaker series hosted by the °®¶¹´«Ã½ Innovation Center.
Every company experiences setbacks, some bigger than others. Failure is just a large setback that can be dealt with. Pivoting, or changing the direction of a firm rapidly, is one way to address a large setback. Chen, who is also CEO of , will discuss how to know when it is time to pivot or not.
