New Videos: "You're Not Alone"
De Anza College is launching two new videos to help spread the word about resources for students who are having difficulty securing such basic needs as food, housing and transportation.
One video was created to inform students about resources and referrals available at De Anza, including the Food Pantry, while the other features individuals who have benefited from these resources, letting other students know that they're not alone.
The videos, produced by the Office of Communications, are posted on the college website and . They will also be shared on De Anza鈥檚 social media and at public events. The videos are part of a broader campaign that includes web, print and social media messages about resources available to students.
The "You're Not Alone" video was shown Monday at an event celebrating of grants from AT&T. The received $50,000 for food pantry programs at both De Anza and Foothill colleges.

Here are some other ways you can support our students.
- Donate items directly to the Food Pantry, located in the Office of Outreach in Room 127 of the Registration & Student Services Building. Look for regular announcements about specific items that students need most.
- Employees can also make a donation for students' basic needs to the by filling out a payroll deduction form. Forms are available in the office of Interim President Christina G. Espinosa-Pieb and in the Office of Communications, located in the Administration Building.
- You can also use the Foothill-爱豆传媒 Foundation's . Be sure to designate your gift for De Anza and type Basic Needs in the field marked 鈥淥ther.鈥 Your gift will support the Food Pantry and other emergency assistance for students.
